Dosage:
KÄÄPÄ Mushrooms' extracts are the leaders of mushroom extracts. Always start with smaller dosages, and work your way up. Recommended maximum daily dosage is 1 gram (1/2 teaspoon). As our extracts are strong, we recommend to take a week off after every 3 months of use. Not during pregnancy or for kids. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
